MHNet consists of three primary divisions:
- The Behavioral Health Division
- The Employer Services Division
- The Public Programs Division
Each division utilizes our full compliment of support systems. The leadership team responsible for the design of these systems is primarily comprised of licensed clinicians who understand the needs of providers, members and clients. Furthermore, these support systems are implemented by strategically placed regional offices to meet member and provider needs.
MHNet consists of a corporate headquarters supported by three national service centers along with a number of local and regional offices throughout the country.
The three national service centers are primarily responsible for customer service activities including provider referral, care coordination and case management, while the account management offices provide dedicated client and provider support. In addition to providing direction for administrative activities, the corporate headquarters is primarily responsible for quality improvement oversight, network development, claims processing and new business development.
