MHNet’s focus on values revolves around our unique view of partnership. We don’t simply provide a service to members, providers and clients; instead, we develop strong partnerships to ensure that the needs of our members always come first.
We view ourselves as an important partner in the management of the member’s total well-being. This belief in the mutually beneficial nature of partnership is the driving force behind MHNet’s Case Management services that work with members to maximize the effectiveness of treatment.
MHNet works with PCPs to establish partnerships aimed at improving treatment and opening lines of communication. Our partnership efforts range from hosting workshops and other educational events to providing educational materials. MHNet also works to ensure PCPs are kept up-to-date when a patient visits a mental health professional.
MHNet's partnership model allows us to form a unique relationship with health plans, employers and public programs. MHNet understands the needs of its diverse client base and works to address these needs in a collaborative manner. We work with clients to develop training programs and quality improvement initiatives while holding frequent interactive meetings. Additionally, we work with clients to design materials that improve a member's understanding of behavioral health issues and the ways our services can address these issues.
