Ms. Roschbach has more than 14 years experience in the healthcare industry.  As the Vice President of Quality Services for MHNet Behavioral Health (MHNet), she is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the implementation of the quality improvement program at the corporate level and across all regions.  Ms. Roschbach is also responsible for developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory entities including but not limited to URAC and NCQA and for conducting the corporate quality improvement program evaluation.Ms.

Roschbach joined MHNet in 2002.  Prior to joining MHNet, Ms. Roschbach was Quality Assurance Director for Families and Community Together. There, she oversaw the implementation of care management services to families of children with severe emotional disturbances, created and implemented education programs, and interfaced with state and non-profit agencies to develop and monitor quality indicators.

Ms. Roschbach graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1992 and earned a Master’s in Social Sciences from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2000.
