MHNet offers providers the ability to file claims electronically through this website.  However, before you can begin filing claims electronically, we must receive a Trading Partners Agreement (TPA) from you, which is available below.  When we receive a TPA from you, we will assign you a user name and password so that you may begin using the system.  If you have any questions, please refer to the user manual available below or contact the Claims Department at (866) 992-5246.
