MHNet migrated to our new claims processing system as of 29 August 2011. The first check run on the new system occurred during the week of 6 September. Additional information related to claims and the conversion are available by clicking on the following:

As you may be aware, on February 2, 2010, the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury jointly issued interim final regulations on the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008. MHNet have been working with its customers to change Behavioral Health benefit requirements to bring them into compliance with these regulations.
