As you may be aware, on February 2, 2010, the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and the Treasury jointly issued interim final regulations on the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008. MHNet have been working with its customers to change Behavioral Health benefit requirements to bring them into compliance with these regulations.

MHNet will be migrating our claims processing from MHNet’s current processing system – QMACS, to our parent company’s proprietary claims processing system – IDX.

Our go live date is scheduled for October 2010. This conversion will allow MHNet to gain efficiencies from our parent company’s processes and technologies.
