Our Six Sigma approach to business gives us the tools, measurement system, process analyses, and controls to provide our clients with world-class quality and service. We employ Six Sigma Black Belts and require all our managers to be trained as Six Sigma Green Belts or Champions.
Part of being a Six Sigma organization is being aware that there is always room for improvement, so we are constantly assessing our processes and performance through our Quality Improvement Program for ways to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness.
